enrolment policy

You can enrol at any time during the term if there are available places.  Pro rata term fees will be charged according to how many classes are left.

The enrolment policy favours children who are currently enrolled, assuming re-enrolment for the next term in the same class. All class changes that are requested (a change of day, time, age group or venue) will be processed  according to the date the request was received. Currently enrolled children have two weeks from when enrolments open for the next term to secure their spots (with payment) and to request any changes of class.

During this time, any new children are waitlisted for their requested class.

After the re-enrolment deadline, all available spots (including spots that have not been secured with payment), will be offered to children on the waiting lists.

 

2011 Term dates

Term 4, 2011 – Monday 10 October- Friday 16 December (10 week term)

 

2012 Term dates

Term 1, 2012 – Monday 30 January – Thursday 5 April (10 week term Monday – Thursday, 9 week term for Friday)

Term 2, 2012 – Monday 23 April – Friday 29 June (10 week term for Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 9 week term for Monday & Wednesday)

Term 3, 2012 – Monday 16 July – Friday 21 September (10 week term)

 

Fees

A 10 week term costs $205 for the first child and carer ($20.50 a class) and $143.50 for an accompanying sibling over the age of 1 ($14.35 a class). This is a 30% discount for siblings. The same sibling discount applies to twins attending a Babes on Laps class.

Accompanying siblings under the age of 1 attend for free until they turn 1. All accompanying siblings must be enrolled, even if no fee applies.

Fees are adjusted pro rata ($20.50 for the first child and $14.35 for the second), if the term is less than 10 weeks (if there are public holidays) or if the child enrols during the term.
